Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Confirmation will be sent only after receiving advance payment.

 

Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions are clearly mentioned in the package.

Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” will be treated as exclusion.

 

Meals Policy

Breakfast is included in all packages.

Lunch & Dinner are chargeable unless specifically mentioned.

 

Transportation

Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary only, not on disposal basis.

AC may not work in hilly areas.

 

Hotel Policy

Hotel check-in & check-out times are as per hotel policy.

Equivalent or similar hotels will be provided in case of non-availability.

 

Sightseeing

Sightseeing is subject to weather, traffic & local conditions.

Entry tickets, adventure rides, and activities are not included unless specified.

 

ID Proof

All travelers must carry valid Govt. ID (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID).

For international tours, valid Passport & Visa are mandatory.

 

Responsibility

Hindustan Tours is not responsible for delays/cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, flight delays, or government restrictions.

Any additional expenses due to such circumstances will be borne by the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before travel: 80% refund

15–29 days before travel: 50% refund

7–14 days before travel: 25% refund

Less than 7 days: No refund

 

Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of the tour package or related services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

 

Payment Policies – Hindustan Tours

Advance Payment

30% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

Second Installment

40% of package cost to be paid 15 days before travel date.

Final Payment

Remaining 30% to be paid at the time of arrival / tour start.

 

Mode of Payment

Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit-Debit Card accepted.

All payments must be made in the company’s official account only.

Non-Payment Policy

If payment is not received as per schedule, booking will be cancelled automatically.

Standard cancellation charges will apply.
